We are a year round full service fishing resort located 10 miles north of Baudette, on the Rainy River. With Lake of the Woods being the Walleye Capital of the World, you are sure to have great experience. Sturgeon, Northern Pike, Sauger, Perch, and Small Mouth Bass are a just a few of the species you will find as well. With over 65,ooo miles of shoreline and 14,000 islands, Lake of the Woods is one the largest fresh water lakes in the United States. The Rainy River stretches 70 miles and is also renowned for its monster Sturgeon in the Spring and Fall, and calmer waters on windy days.
At Rainy River Resort we specialize in Winter Ice Fishing and Summer Charters. Also offering fall hunting packages, and guided winter snowmobiling. We have it all for the outdoor enthusiast.
We have very spacious and modern cabins located right along the river. You will be able to sit back and enjoy the view that beautiful Northern Minnesota has to offer. Or come in and enjoy a drink, or something off our delicious menu in the Little Buck Bar and Grill.
